Who We Are

Accountant and Advisors to Silicon Valley since 1979.

Our History

Back in 1979, Silicon Valley as we know it was barely recognizable. Darrell Johanson and Anthony Yau were colleagues and partners at a large international accounting firm when they began to articulate an idea. This idea, their vision, was all about providing a more personalized approach to client service. It would begin with strong relationships and expert abilities to produce effective, meaningful results on behalf of their clients. Today, we continue to advance this commitment to detail and personal relationships as we provide service to individuals, families and privately-owned businesses throughout Silicon Valley and beyond
